Ingredients: 2 cups frozen peas, thawed. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced crispy bacon. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
