Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, cilantro, Chee-Tos, hard boiled egg,beef and crushed red pepper. The noodles are thin and hydrated nicely. They have a soft tooth and are what you'd expect. Also a decent quantity of them. The broth does taste like a thin beef broth. Vegetable bits hydrated well. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
