Helpful tips for hopeful cheerleader?

Hi! I’m fairly new to the cheerleading side of Tumblr. I love cheerleading, I cheered for three years at my high school, and was Captain my senior year. Now I’m in college, and wanting to attend a university for my sophomore year. Is it legal to stunt outside when there is thunder (no lightning or rain) just thunder?

I need some cheer advice!

When I pull my scorpion my back makes quite a few really loud clicking noises, even if I've stretched alot, does anyone else have this problem?x
