While we were out on our grocery shopping cum dining trip, sis had made Cheese Bread 🧀🍞 (乳酪面包). I think she used shredded cheddar cheese 🧀 inside the dough and on top. Not too bad for a first try but the cheese profile is a little muted. Should have used cubed cheese inside the dough. I am looking for cheeses that don’t melt. Is feta cheese good for baking in bread?
