The cheese balls in Grandma's Cheese Ball Dip are a great mix of creamy and crunchy. When you mix three types of cheese with the sweet taste of cranberries and the salty taste of pecans, you get an appetizer that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions. 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans. 1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Roll the stuff into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour to make it firm. Put chopped pecans and dried cranberries in a small bowl. Take the cheese ball out of the fridge and roll it in the pecan-cranberry mixture so that it is covered all over. Pickle sticks, crackers, or vegetable sticks go well with it.
