Instructions: In a bowl, mix together ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers or using a fork. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling. Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. Place the dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
