Tuesday's Eatings 5-3-11
Breakfast: eggs and veggies topped with salsa and avocado
2 eggs whipped with heavy cream
1 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup broccoli
few slices of green bell peppers
1 baby bella mushroom
1/2 cup spinach
1 wedge tomato
2 tbsp salsa
1/2 avocado fruit
1 slice onion
total carbs: 12.7/12.2 veggies.
midmorning snack; strawberry protein powder blended in soy milk. total carbs: 5.2/0 veggies.
lunch: turkey deli salad
3-4 oz turkey shavings
1/2 cup broccoli
2 cups spring mix
1/2 medium tomato
1 slice onion
1 oz feta cheese
1 mushroom
total carbs: 8.7/7.7 veggies.
drank: diet dr pepper..
Dinner: some beef and veggies with green beans on side.

dessert: my sweet tooth was panging me pretty bad. not a problem! whipped up a cheesecake pudding. :)

enough heavy cream for desired texture
total carbs: 4/0 veggies.
grand total carbs: 35.6/24.4 veggies. went a big overboard with the dessert, but happy i did it.
total liquids consumed: 2 liters water + diet dr pepper + protein shake + 3 glasses water before bed
thought for teh day: i think this week i'm going to just get settled down again into the diet. my carb count will probably be 30+.. next week will bring it back to controlled 30 and start calorie/nutrient counting again...
