Sampling today, a special edition cheese by Jasper Hill. Washed in Gose by Lost Nation, a neighboring brewer to Jasper Hill. Gose beer is brewed with sea salt & coriander and it is very zesty, citrusy & refreshing. The flavor of this brew pairs perfectly with Willoughby, a cows milk cheese that is buttery, beefy & succulent with a thin washed rind.
