Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 2 eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are set and golden brown on top. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
