People who like buffalo chicken will love these Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Biscuit Bombs. They have shredded chicken mixed with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing inside, and then they are wrapped in biscuit dough with a layer of gooey cheddar cheese on top. It tastes great because it has spicy, savory, and cheesy flavors all in one small treat.
Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Make individual biscuits out of the biscuit dough. Make a circle out of each cookie. Shred the chicken and mix it with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl. On each biscuit circle, put a spoonful of the chicken mixture. Add cheddar cheese shreds on top of the chicken mixture. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling carefully to make a tight seal. Lay the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that the seam side is down. The biscuits should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and done all the way through. Take it out of the oven and, if you want, sprinkle it with chopped cilantro before serving.
