A delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Layer Dessert with a chocolate crust that is crunchy and a peanut butter layer that is creamy. Chocolate chips, peanuts, and a chocolate syrup drizzle finish off the dish.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup powdered sugar. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 2 cups whipped cream. 1 cup milk chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped peanuts. Chocolate syrup for drizzling.
Instructions: Melt the butter and mix it with cookie crumbs in a bowl. To make the crust, press it into the bottom of a serving dish. Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and mix it well. Put the peanut butter mix on top of the crust in the serving dish. Add chopped peanuts and milk chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter piece. Add chocolate syrup on top to make it even tastier.
