Ingredients: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 oz cream cheese. 1 cup almond flour. 2 eggs. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional, for topping.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Beat the eggs and add them to the dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each roll, if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
