Featured Maker: Chen & Kai

Chen Chen and Kai Williams is a creative duo that produces work from often seen materials, favoring processes that generate variation instead of replicating items. This allows Chen & Kai to embrace the natural beauty in its materials and forms.

After graduating from Pratt Institute, they started sharing a collaborative space in Brooklyn, NY in 2011. Since then, they have experimented and launched a wide variety of products ranging from coasters to planters, tables and seating.

Chen and Kai's Third-Eye Vessel is currently featured in our shop, and today we are happy to add two new pieces, The Resin Stool and The Resin Tall Stool. Each is made with urethane resin and powder coated steel, imprinted with unique designs on it.

In their spirit of authenticity, no two are exactly the same.
