I eat Honey Nut Cherrios every morning because I just don't have the time, energy, or money to prepare something else. Even if my cereal of choice is in the "safe" level I still consume other fruits, veggies, and snack bars also probably contaminated and can (and probably do) very easily hit that benchmark of "unhealthy" every day.
