Brandied cherry muffins based on Gemma Reece’s Muffin book. The base is a plain white milk based muffin dough, with less sugar, but you add some cherry brandy, instead of vanilla extract. Instead of fresh cherries, I added dried cherries. The batch disappeared very quickly, good texture and taste.

Ingredients:

Universal Healthcare
Went to the ER because I breathed in too much smoke.
They took me in an ambulance, poked me, x-rayed me, tested me, gave me oxygen and spare masks to take home, and fed me a cool tomato bisque and lemon mint water. And my insurance is sending a bus to take me home.
Total cost. $1 for a cherry muffin that I bought from the cafeteria.
