According to Twitter it's National Vegetarian day. So of course the only appropriate meal is a 85/15 sirloin cheeseburger with smoked Gouda, homemade guacamole, and a @samueladamsbeer Octoberfest.
And the finished product...tonight at #chesnooty. Baked chicken thighs stuffed with roasted tomatoes/rapini/feta cheese alongside a spinach salad tossed with radishes, pine nuts, shaved Parmesan and a homemade Dijon vinaigrette. (at Esplanade at City Park)
Tried Toast on Laurel Street this morning for brunch. Hanger steak with a tarragon aioli, Lyonnaise potatoes and sunny side up eggs. Tasty way to start the day. (at Toast)
