I AM LITERALLY SCREAMING RIGHT NOW!!!!
I ended up sending in pics because of this interaction I had when one of my packages of Echo's food went missing, which had never happened before:
The relief I felt when they just simply took care of it and didn't require me to sit there in agony with back and forth emails that feel like pulling teeth is indescribable. The amount of corporate customer services that have literally brought me to tears with the stress and hassle they have put me through when something goes wrong with shipping is ridiculous. Chewy made this is most wonderful, stress-free experience I have ever experienced from a corporation. I very literally shed some tears when I opened the email and read it as I was bracing myself for some snarky reply that would require me to jump through hoops like how most big companies respond. The relief I felt wash over me while reading this and knowing my dogs food would still get here on time and I wouldn't have to go driving everywhere searching for his very specific food genuinely did bring me to tears. The happiest of tears.
Chewy is known for being a wonderful company that truly cares about their customers and their pets. I have always had the absolute best service from them and I always get everything Echo needs (or wants) from their site. It is a pleasure shopping with them with such ease, but I hadn't dealt with their customer service until my package went missing. And interacting with their customer service just made me love them even more.
I didn't actually expect Echo's pic to get chosen so I was like "What could this possibly be...? 🤔" when I saw this in my mailbox knowing his food cases and orher things I ordered are too big to fit in the mailbox. I opened the card first and my heart stopped due to excitement and disbelief and I felt like a kid on christmas morning as I ripped away the wrapping over it. I'm pretty sure all of the people in my building could hear me as I shrieked with excitement and literally started RUNNING around my tiny apartment just FREAKING OUT while Echo chased me. 😂😂😂
God, I just love Chewy so so SO much and I am SO EXCITED TO GET THIS!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely cannot WAIT to hang this as a centerpiece in my living room so people see it as soon as they walk in!!! 😍😍😍
This is an absolutely STUNNING painting and I'm in awe of how close the resemblance is. You can IMMEDIATELY tell it is Echo and not just a pom.
