It was so peak of “chi.” to have a storyline presenting the evil of caring about and wanting credit for a scientific discovery over caring about the scientific discovery itself, or its benefits for others, with someone being like “if my name can’t be the one on these findings, I want them destroyed” and then have a storyline about when credit is important, and wanting to be properly credited isn’t evil in itself but can be rightful, with the story of a woman who’s the one doing the work and findings, but the patriarchal system wanting to erase her name from them, attributing her contributions to the man she works under. Very well presented nuance!!

Omgggg chi ep21 was PEAK. The end… the one who doesn’t believe in god and despises “chance” or “fate” decided to leave a crucial decision to a coin toss, and when it wasn’t the result she wanted, the one who believes in god and destiny and has absolutely no respect for human opinions or agency decided to turn the coin over…!!!!!! So fucking tasty
