RASPBERRY CHIA SEED JAM
• 2 cups raspberries
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp chia seeds
1. Cook raspberries in pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until softened. Stir and mash frequently.
2. Turn heat to low and stir in maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
3. Allow mixture to stand about 7 minutes until it thickens.
4. Remove from heat and mix in 2 Tbsp chia seeds.
5. Enjoy on a sprouted grains or a whole grains piece of toast, with almond butter.
