From Keroro Land Magazine! About a decade ago, released as a tie-in for the Keroro Super Movie #2: The Deep Sea Princess. 

(Has this been uploaded before? Can’t remember.) 

Gives some awesome backstory of Planet Keron and the worldbuilding of Mine Yoshizaki’s universe, and additional info about the Maronians from the second movie and Volume 20 of the manga (which is the manganization of the second movie, with lore and the mystery of the Keron Forces playing a bigger role). 

Synopsis! (Or at least the gist of it from my limited understanding of Japanese. If someone wants to translate, you’re so very welcome to!)

It’s a field trip! Or, a “training excursion” to the Keron Military History Museum. 

Keroro throws up from the bus ride, is left behind, and uses that as an excuse to run free in the museum, hoping to check out the private exhibits. Giroro’s roped in. Zeroro, bless his little heart, is worried about his friends and runs off in the middle of the tour to find them. 

Mirara is the guide! She’s a AI designed from ancient weapon records just for the museum.

Here’s some cool info: 

Keron, the home planet of the Keronians, is the 58th planet of the Gama Nebula System, which is unique in the universe for being shaped like a star. Besides Keron, there’s a confirmed 144 other intelligent species in the galaxy. 

The theorized originator of all life in that galaxy is Maron, the planet where Meru and Maru are from. 

Maron is the 3rd planet of the Gama Nebula System, and the likely ancestors of Keronians. Lots of things in common between the two species, including planet environment and physiology and the fact that both are from an ‘Invasion Race’. 

Maron’s invasion style was to send someone of royal blood to the target planet, who solely could transform into the ‘Ultimate Invasion Form’. 

One classmate mentions that it’s very much similar to Kiruru, the Keron Force top secret project... 

Then the class realize Giroro, Keroro, and Zeroro are missing. The trip is put on hold as everyone tries to find them. They find Keroro and Giroro wandering in a restricted area. But it’s no matter, as Keroro tells his classmates, as they discovered cool stuff on their own. 

The narrator talks about how wayward the kids are, but maybe they’ll change when they grow older...? 

And finally, Zeroro, in an empty parking lot, wonders where the bus went.
