Gijinkas pt 7(?)

Okokok i was GONNA wait until the 20th to post this because that's when i posted my first gijinka page. But i've been wanting to post this for the past week already.

I still thank this little series for improving both my art style and my ability to create more diverse characters. Genuinely, I don't think my art would look the way it does now had I not done these

Rambling about the doodles under the cut

I actually had sketches for the pururu and kururu screenshots sitting and rotting away in my gallery for the past year and i finally sat down to get it done. The 2 dororos in the corner was me realising I have free will and I don't have to stick to one design for them. I can do whatever tf I want.

Then I decided to pick one drawing from the original page and gave Tamama a bit of a redesign as well. I can't remember who, but someone gave him vitiligo to mimic his face marking and I always thought that was a fun design choice.

I actually reaaaaaallly hate the corner drawing of kululu, hence it not even being colored. The design just wasn't vibing with me anymore. So i decided to try new ones. I could never choose between tall n lanky or short n stout. The design on the left ended up just being his very first design all over again LMAO. The right design i ended up really liking. I wanted to keep elements of the original design like the long hair n bangs.

IF I ever continue to do this little series (most likely will once I start up on picking up where I left off in the anime) i'll probably switch between designs for them. I like having that freedom :)

ok putting my keroro gijinkas here. Does anyone else have a weird thing where they have to gijinkafied their favorite nonhuman cast of characters and keep drawing them in that fashion…? I’ve been like that since I was a kid, I’m not sure why I do that. Anyways garuru design is still wip, I’ll get to him and the others whenever I do
