Worldbuilding time!
@chibiangle here's the start of our worldbuilding thread š
I won't leave you hanging, I'll start! The first specific inspirational thing I've picked is the Soulsborne games (Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, etc), and here are the aspects of it that I love:
The fact that the world feels so huge and full of mystery, and you learn about it little by little by reading item descriptions.
The aesthetics~! That goes for both the outfits/fashion but also the world itself (the nature, the ruins, the massive buildings, the fauna, etc.)
The many varied weapons!
Large than life creatures and people you can run into, just hanging out (though they of course have their reason for hanging out where they do).
PS. For other people who might read this, this is just me and my sister playing a joint brainstorming game to create a fantasy world. No real end goal. Anyone else can join if they want, or start their own threads with other people - just have fun š
