Rodimus didn’t remember the exact moment when he realized that he didn’t hate Thunderclash. When he’d gotten over his jealousy. When their casual witty back and forths became something more emotionally, romantically, charged.

He didn’t remember anything before this moment, where he knelt between Thunderclash’s legs and kissed down the big mech’s frame, lips making contact with the over-warm plating over his spark.

Thunderclash had always seemed so sure and certain of himself in all of his exploits, but not this one. His servos covered his mouth and threatened to creep up over the rest of his face as his optics carefully tracked Rodimus’ every move down his plating.

“Nervous, Thunders?” Rodimus paused to look up, one servo loosely stroking the side of Thunderclash’s waist, while the other was holding the bigger mech’s bent knee. 

“You’re just so stunning,” Thunderclash chuckled, “And yes, just a little.”

“Don’t be,” Rodimus kissed the Autobot symbol on his partner’s chest, “Would it help if I told you I was, too?”

“Ah? W-why, if I may ask?” His servos fell down to rest next to him. His face was the perfect picture of confused and just a little bit concerned.

“I thought you were out of my league for so long,” Rodimus’ digits found a transformation seam in Thunderclash’s hip, and he felt the thighs bracketing him tremble when he rubbed into it. “I just hope that I’m not about to make a fool of myself.”

“Any mech would be lucky to have you,” His optics locked with Rodimus’, “And you won’t,”

With those words slicing through his processor, Rodimus shook those negative thoughts from his helm and continued, a kiss falling lightly on Thunderclash’s abdominal plating. The speedster’s servo moved from his partner’s knee to rest on Thunderclash’s pelvic plating, his thumb idly stroking up and down his valve cover.

Thunderclash was more than eager to let his panel pop for Rodimus, his valve leaking and slick with lubricant already.

Rodimus disengaged his spike paneling, comforted in seeing that his partner was excited for this, too. Though, Thunderclash was much bigger than the speedster, and Rodimus wasn’t that much above average.

“Rodimus?” His voice is soft as he calls out to his partner, “Is something the matter?”

“Just,” Rodimus sighed, “Please tell me if I do something wrong, or if you don’t like it. Okay?”

“You wouldn’t do anything wrong, I’m sure.”

“Please?”

Thunderclash could tell that Rodimus was speaking form somewhere of concern or worry. He nodded, agreeing only to put the speedster’s mind at ease.

He gasped when he felt Rodimus pushing into him, his spike filling his valve. His servos loosely gripped at the berthsheets while Rodimus’ held his partner’s waist. Rodimus set off with a slow pace, thrusting deep into Thunderclash’s valve on each pull. He leaned forward one servo cupping the side of his partner’s face while the other kissed at his neck.

Thunderclash’s light, airy moans were like music to Rodimus’ audio receptors as he ground deep into his valve. His lips brushed and pressed against throat cabling, occasionally nipping a little just to hear the soft yelp Thunderclash gives him.

Rodimus never pushed particularly hard, he wasn’t looking to frag Thunderclash through the berth this time, he just wanted both of them to feel good. He could feel his partner’s spark whirring through his plating where their chests were pressed together. 

The speedster did realize that he was, unintentionally, picking up the pace as his charge built up to its peak. His spoiler bobbed as he thrust into his partner, and Thunderclash taking the chance to run his digits along the bottom edge did nothing to help Rodimus stave off his overload.

By the way his partner’s valve rippled and clenched rhythmically around his spike, he could tell that he was close too. 

“Ah! Rodimus!” Even if the mech wasn’t going fast, he was slamming their hips together hard enough to trade paint and maybe even leave a few dents. Blue servos knotted in the berthsheets and moans left his vocalizer.

Rodimus was hit by his overload first, engine roaring and dentae seizing Thunderclash’s neck cabling as he slamming into him, spike spurting hot streaks of transfluid into the tight, willing valve. Thunderclash tumbled into his own overload soon after, the quick lance of pain from Rodimus’ bite and the heat filling him had him climaxing, shuddering and moaning unabashedly.

Rodimus came down from his helm-spinning high first, and the first thing he saw when he moved his helm from resting on his partner’s chest was the pinpricks of energon welling up from Thunderclash’s throat cabling.

“Thunders!” He gasped, servos flying up to gently press at it, wiping up some of the energon.

“Relax, Rodimus,” Thunderclash laughed, gently urging Rodimus’ servo back down to rest on his chest.

“I promise I don’t usually do that!” Rodimus was quick to apologize and try to fret over the insignificant wound.

“Oh, you don’t?” Thunderclash feigned disappointment in his voice, but he couldn’t keep the smile from his space.

“Wh- I mean, unless you want that?”

“Maybe next time,” Thunderclash leaned up and gave Rodimus a quick kiss, “Rest now, love.”

“Right, yeah, rest.” Rodimus took his spot next to Thunderclash, knowing that he should calm down and sleep, but he just couldn’t smother the appreciation and joy that he held, still wondering how he nabbed The Greatest Autobot of All Time as a partner.

do you have any sites you recommend for drawing tips/tutorials or references??

UHHHHH…… I never watched any tips/tutorials, but I made one about sketches ~

I only use references when I practice, like http://reference.sketchdaily.net, because I don’t always have available naked friends (sob). Difficult poses are the best to practice, so I also search some ballet or ice skating poses on google (google what would I be without you…). 

As for composition, I take screenshots when I watch series or movies, and redraw it. It’s actually a really good training for shading, backgrounds and composition in general. I don’t do it enough, but I should. 

And last but not least!! Hands…… I take pictures of my own hands or contort myself in every way possible to draw them hahaha. I would say there is no secrets to hands, but there actually is. When you draw hands, if you decompose them geometrically, you should be able to see their logic. And then, you can make it a little “quirky” or exaggerate the shapes to make it better ~

5, 17, 24, 28 for the ask meme?

5: do you write scenes in a linear fashion or do you write future scenes/dialogues sometimes?

I am literally ALL over the place lol, I write a lot of things out of order. The fight that takes place in the 40s of TIF I wrote when I was still posting in the 20s lol Sometimes I get ideas for scenes and I just write them out so I don’t lose them. They usually end up pretty altered but it’s good to have substance to work from.

17: do you listen to music while you write?

Yes and no, I find that listening to a lo-fi station is really helpful sometimes. I wrote the more action-y scenes while listening to synth metal lol (Dance with the Dead; B-sides is my go to if anyone wants to know) I can’t really do music with lyrics while writing, I find it too distracting.

24: do you outline?

NO and sometimes it bites me in the ass. It’s why I wasn’t sure how long TIF was going to be until I got to the end. I’m outlining for the Sad Au so that I’ll know how long it’s going to be but I’m using the TIF method for my NightRung and Simpatico fics and weeeellll..... 

28: any scene/line you wrote that you didn’t expect to write/that surprised you once it was written?

Most of the angst surprised me. I don’t know why, I’m a drama queen by nature, but it did. I feel like a lot of the character growth surprised me too. At one point I was like “Ok I guess the character development that Roddy didn’t get in LL is going to happen here... MY CANON NOW.” lmao
