Autumn things I am deeply looking forward to:

Crisp air that is so refreshing when you breathe it in the cold literally takes your breath away momentarily

The smell of Coffee, Cinnamon, Pumpkin, and Vanilla encasing me in every Coffee Shop I step foot in

Finally being able to wear tights again

The overwhelmingly satisfying crunch of leaves underfoot whenever I go out for a walk

Trench coats, scarves, loafers and gloves

My hands being so cold and the tips of my fingers tingling, the only way to heat them up being a warm coffee cup

Leather Jackets

Carrying around my new big, brown tote bag stashed to the brim full of new notebooks, stationary, perfume, my glasses case etc

The smell of the pages of my first Autumn book of the year, being that reminiscent reminder of *back to school* nostalgia

Seeing fairy-lights used in stores, houses and displays just for the ambience

Leg-warmers peering out over the top of wide-leg long boots or wrapping my ankles over the top of Mary-Jane’s

Eating Dark Chocolate again (I feel it’s an Autumnal necessity and is only really fitting for this season)

Attempting to crochet a Sweater for my cat (she has short fur and gets very cold easily)

Learning Guitar. I am going to learn this Autumn, it’s something I want to learn before I die, (plus I think starting creative projects/hobby’s in Autumn is the best time for me mentally)

Baking by candlelight and listening to jazz in the evenings

Re-watching Dead Poets Society & Twilight again, and again, and again…

Oversized sweater + skirt + boots combo

Getting back into all of the best cozy hobbies… Sketching, painting, writing, reading, baking, cooking, crochet, cross-stitch, coloring, playing piano

Listening to The Smiths on repeat

Berry lipstick, blush and wine red nails
