Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
