This is a simple and tasty stir-fry recipe that combines crisp broccoli florets, juicy red bell peppers, and tender chicken slices in a flavorful sauce with hints of ginger and garlic.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until it's no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and red bell pepper slices to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the sauce coats everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry!
