A tasty and comforting slow cooker recipe for a hearty meal with tender chicken breasts and savory stuffing cooked in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 can 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 can 10.5 ounces condensed cream of celery soup. 1 box 6 ounces stuffing mix. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup butter, melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a bowl and mix them together. In the bottom of the slow cooker, spread out half of the soup mix. On top of the soup mix in the slow cooker, put the chicken breasts. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the soup mixture. Put the stuffing mix and melted butter in a different bowl. Cover the chicken and soup in the slow cooker with the stuffing mix. There should be no leaks. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is done and the stuffing is set. Enjoy while hot!
