Enjoy the rich flavors of creamy Alfredo sauce with tender chicken and crispy bacon. It's all cooked in one pot, which makes cleanup easy and makes the flavors stronger.
Ingredients: 8 oz fettuccine pasta. 2 chicken breasts, diced. 6 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a large pot or skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the pot. Add diced chicken to the pot with bacon grease. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for another minute until fragrant. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream into the pot. Stir well. Add fettuccine pasta to the pot, making sure it is submerged in the liquid. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally. Once pasta is cooked, stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with crispy bacon and fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
