Enjoy Chicken Malai Tikka, which is creamy and full of flavor. The juicy chicken pieces marinated in a rich and creamy mix of yogurt, cream, and fragrant spices are great as an appetizer or as a main dish.
Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken pieces. 1 cup hung curd. 2 tablespoons fresh cream. 2 tablespoons grated paneer cottage cheese. 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder. 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder. Salt to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Skewers for grilling. Mint chutney and onion rings for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, fresh cream, grated paneer, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to marinate the chicken and infuse flavors. Preheat your grill or oven to 180C 350F. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking. Brush the chicken pieces with vegetable oil. Place the skewers on the preheated grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is tender and has a slight char on the outside. Remove the chicken malai tikka from the skewers and garnish with mint chutney and onion rings. Serve hot and enjoy the juicy and tender Chicken Malai Tikka!
