Romantic Ramen Delight This comforting dish combines tender chicken and flavorful broth with ramen noodles, perfect for a cozy dinner that feels special. Ingredients - 2 tablespoon olive oil - 2 chicken fillets - 50g all purpose flour - 3 garlic cloves minced - 8 sun-dried tomatoes sliced - ½ tablespoon smoked paprika - ½ tablespoon oregano - ½ tablespoon chilli flakes - 600ml chicken stock - 300ml single cream - 2 tablespoon grated parmesan plus extra for garnish - ½ teaspoon ground pepper - ½ teaspoon flaky salt - ½ teaspoon sugar - 200g ramen noodles For the toppings - Coriander - Beansprouts - Edamame beans - Spring onion - Chilli oil Instructions Pour the all purpose flour onto a plate and coat the chicken fillets in the flour. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Fry the chicken fillets for about 4 minutes on each side until golden, then remove them from the pan to prepare the sauce. In the same pan, add the minced garlic, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and oregano. Sauté for a couple of minutes before pouring in 300ml of chicken stock and the single cream. Stir everything together and grate in the parmesan cheese. Return the chicken fillets to the pan, cover with a lid, and let cook for 5 minutes. Once done, take the chicken out again and set aside to slice. Season the broth with flaky salt, ground pepper, and sugar, adjusting to taste. Pour in an additional 300ml of chicken stock, then add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, stirring frequently. Once the ramen noodles are finished cooking, ladle the broth and noodles into two bowls. Top with sliced chicken, coriander, beansprouts, spring onions, edamame beans, and a drizzle of chilli oil.
