Gregorio Antonio Williams
The brains behind the operation, Greg has been seriously into fried chicken for as long as he can remember. He is our resident expert on wings but his real specialty is skin; Greg is able to determine the exact cooking process utilised in each piece of chicken. Always the enthusiast, he is responsible for keeping the mechanisms of the team clucking (!) with audacious orders of hitherto unheard of quantities.
