Meet the team
Gregorio Antonio Williams
The brains behind the operation, Greg has been seriously into fried chicken for as long as he can remember. He is our resident expert on wings but his real specialty is skin; Greg is able to determine the exact cooking process utilised in each piece of chicken. Always the enthusiast, he is responsible for keeping the mechanisms of the team clucking (!) with audacious orders of hitherto unheard of quantities.Â
Meet the team
Lucy Brooks, PhD.
Lucy’s specialty is deciphering the precise combinations of flavours which affect our pleasure sensors. Always up for a challenge, she experiments in novelty sides which are traditionally not eaten with chicken. Lucy takes a particular interest in sauces and dips. This exciting young blonde female scientist is consistently defying expectations - definitely one to watch!
