My Chie costume is more or less done! I might sew the shirt that she wears under the jacket, but that’s a project for another day. I managed to make the jacket almost entirely from reused materials: a jumper and some old t-shirts. I’m really pleased with the outcome. THis is also the first time I’ve sewn a knife pleated skirt, and I’m really happy with the result.
Debating on cosplay
So there was this one time I cut my hair short and had the same hair color of Chie from Persona 4 and some of my friends say I looked like her a lot at that point so I'm debating if I should ever cosplay her.
Welp, about to watch the anime now.
Bleh. I absolutely love wearing Chie, but i lost some weight since I last wore her, so the jacket's rather roomy. I'll have to take it in because it makes me look slightly bigger then i am, and bulges out sideways sometimes when I sit. Ah, well. I liked how these turned out! The shirt's a total closet cosplay, but I'll be going thrifting a bit later to pick up some better clothes.
