Often times Moth would come to Little Homeworld to rent them new books for their libraries and attend some classes of learning to deal with her new traits and features. The most difficult part of being corrupted like this was the large wings that often laid limp against her back and looked almost like a cape with how they almost seemed to sprout from under the fur that surrounded her neck. Nevertheless, she tried her best to hide herself from those around her but it was difficult to do so when somegem like her stood out so much against most normal looking gems. Especially considering she didn’t know many *Pearls* of all gems that were corrupted in the first place...

PEARL SEEMS LIKE A REASONABLE LADY. WHY WOULDN’T SHE GIVE YOU A PHONE?

HM. WELL, MAYBE THAT ISN’T MY BUSINESS. ARE YOU GOOD AT SEWING OR CLOTHES MAKING? MAKE HER AN EVEN COOLER JACKET! ONE THAT REFLECTS A LOT OF LIGHT! SO THAT SHE CAN CONTINUE TO DODGE POLICE! AND LOOK FLASHY! AND... UHM... I REALLY DON’T KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION IN A WAY THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL.

OH WELL! I THINK SHE’D LOOK SWELL.

“I um.. well..” no, Black Star couldn’t answer that question.  She couldn’t relate to being physically hurt by a Diamond, her Diamond.. Pink.  It pained her to see the Pearl cry, and Black Star wanted to do anything to help ease her pain.

“Pi.. um.. Pearl?”  Which did she prefer, Pink or Pearl?  Volleyball was just.. rather odd to the Diopside.  But if asked to correct herself, Black Star would with no hesitation.  “You’re right though, it isn’t my business.”  Mumbled the smaller gem, scooting closer to her.  “You don’t need to hide from me, it’s okay.  You’re my friend.. Pink.”  She tried to offer the other a small smile, putting a gentle hand on her shoulder.  “And I wanna help you, however I can.  But if you’d rather I leave you alone..” she pauses “I will, just.. let me know when you’re ready, okay?”
