I LOVE your blog! I never met Eric, but I'm a proud, younger vixen in the Fox Army. I often daydream about meeting him and how sweet he'd be. (I use a cane due to a mild disability.)

Nice to see more new peeps in the Fox Army! Welcome! I never got the chance to meet him either because I was too young, so I feel ya there. All we can do is imagine.

I don't think I got anything that'd fit the challenge, or I can't think of anything... BUT I know for a fact that Eric was very considerate to people with disabilities when meeting them. There is footage of him interacting with a disabled, non-verbal girl in a wheelchair and he kneels down to be at her level to speak to her. He was always a class act.

I love discovering new '80s/'90s glam bands and further ensconcing myself in the "glam rock" wormhole (I passed the "rabbit hole" stage with KISS ages ago!) and your blog is a GOLDMINE. :) I've got a LOT of research and listening to do. Suggestions are welcome! (I won't touch Motley Crue with a 10-foot pole, either.)

my top "underrated" bands i'd recommend right now are:

tuff (hee hee they're not actually underrated because i know A LOT of people listen to them,,, but i still feel like i need to suggest them in case you haven't listened to them before!)

hurricane (they have a very good, hard rock/pop beat. almost like king kobra, but the sound of Kelly Hansen's voice is very rich and velvety and their songs, i think, are much better quality in terms of composition and lyrics.. i really love them, i cannot recommend them enough!)

sons of angels (not a lot of discography to their name, and they're also disbanded, but i quite like their debut album. they are norwegian btw!)

heaven's edge (very good beats and they actually released a new album recently!! ... my favourite song of theirs is daddy's little girl.. once you listen to it, you'll understand why)

roxy blue (i find their music is a bit more on the metal side. the lead singer has a bit of a 'scratchy' voice, but it suits their style of playing very well)

sometimes, if i'm looking for new music but can't really find anyone, i just go through this list and pick out an artist i haven't listened to before, and sometimes it's good! alternatively, i discovered hurricane and sons of angels from watching old headbanger's ball episodes!!

that's completely understandable. it's totally optional and up to your discretion; we just won't use your work for the branding side of the business so we can ensure that everyone is compensated fairly for their part! there are still plenty of opportunities to connect with creatives and lend a hand or get help if you should need it!

no, you publish your replies to your santa's asks onto your blog as you normally would, but do stay anonymous until december 25th when sending asks to the person you're santa for :-) you can also tag your replies with #srs24 to make them easier to find
