Boy on Post

My son. Elliot was born with autism and he hates having his picture taken about equally with being left out of having his picture taken. Especially, if he is having  to look at the camera or pose. To get pictures of him we have to follow him around and let him choose his places: climbing stuff is one of his favorite hike activities! Someday i'll thank him! He's taught me a lot about being swift with the camera, using continuous shoot, and shooting au naturale!

My eyes were filled with tears,

They all left including my peers,

All I did was gasp beers,

As I tried to fight my fears.

My father,

God in heaven rather,

Told me to trust no other,

And to my broken pieces he helped me gather.

The God that never leaves,

Proved to me that he loves,

Mountains he moves,

And gives you peace like that of doves.

And he will pick you from your pit.
