Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 can 4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained. 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped green chilies, chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, and garlic powder. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
