Listen, some of the most chill and understanding and amazing friends I know are the girls that had a wolf/dragon phase and like something obscure/have an incredible skill

Like-

Friend 1: met her during her wolf/dragon phase, once growled at a guy who wouldn’t leave me alone at lunch and he fell out of his chair, quiet but she listens so well and has surprisingly strong opinions.. also very physically strong and I’m not sure *how*

Friend 2: chill, has definitely growled at people, amazing with all art that isn’t drawing people. Glass work, painting, clay, oragami, you name it, she could learn it and be amazing, usually one of my first friends to hear about personal stuff Bc she never judges

Friend 3: laidback, knows a lot of the smaller fandoms I know, absolutely loves old shows from the 70s/80s time, like the comedies and westerns and stuff, super laid back abt my love of cuddling and random things abt me

All of them wear flannels and leather jackets and rock it

If any of them threatened to throw hands I’d believe them regardless of if they’ve ever acted on things like that before.

Being “the chill friend” can be really hard sometimes. All of your friends are used to you being super chill and go-with-the-flow. When you finally have a strong opinion on something, you say no, or you need to stand up for yourself people act like you’ve lost your marbles because suddenly you’re not “chill” anymore and that’s a big contrast from just not caring all that much. Let your chill friends express emotions like everyone else! They are generally agreeable so the one time they disagree with you is probably important.
