Art piece made for the @my-poke-hero-bb, where sadly I lost contact to my partner a little prior to the last check-in and it was already too late to do anything else. It was heavily based on the Pokemon 2000 movie, which I’ve always loved so much!

I’ve meant to post it before but didn’t have the opportunity to finish before. Chubby Yuri is adorable, I’ve always wanted to draw him more but couldn’t decide on chibi or not, so I went with both!

Inktober 2017 - Day 18 - Filthy Okay, I admit this one is mostly because of this, but honestly, have you seen this dude’s hive?? I’m sorry Dammek but you deserved this one. Dammek’s hive is a huge mess, filled with piles of guns and leftovers everywhere, so this was at least a little bit fitting even if it may seem mean. On a side note, I’ve been wanting to draw Dammek for a really long, and next time I may do so in my own style. I just love his horns!!

Inktober 2017 - Day 17 - Graceful Finally kind of repeating stuff because, honestly, since the first moment I saw this prompt I knew I had to draw Joey. And how to make it even better? Deercat! After all, what can be more graceful in the nature than a cat or a deer? Both of them, as one single animal! Beautiful! But seriously, the first thing that came to my mind upon reading the word “graceful“ was Joey’s adorable dancing animations, and if that isn’t graceful, then I dunno what could be. I also wanted to try and follow the game’s art a little more for a change, and I can accept this result for a first try.

Inktober 2017 - Day 27 - Climb Ok, this day was pretty silly because i had no idea what to draw, until I minimized every single window and stared at my computer’s desktop. Then I almost facepalmed. Since I finished Hiveswap act 1, which happened the day after the game’s release, I’ve changed my wallpaper to the image featuring Xefros’ portraits with Slothdad. It’s no secret now that Xefros is probably my favourite troll ever. He’s adorable! And Slothdad is a very cute lusus so I couldn’t skip the opportunity to draw them again! This time featuring Xef a little closer to the actual style of Hiveswap.

Inktober 2017 - Day 11 - Run It’s hard to think inktober without thinking Okami, the game was made for this challenge and is still one of my favourites. Since the very first day all I could think is “I want to draw Okami at least once during inktober“, and now here it is. Most people tend to draw Amy painting the sun, and I really like this, but my favourite thing in the game is when Amaterasu runs and plants grow under her paws.

Inktober 2017 - Day 14 - Fierce The one who inherited the Roar of the Elders and  thus became the leader of the Lion Guard, Kion is the fiercest in the Pride Lands, and so perfect for this day of the challenge. I honestly thought about painting this drawing but after I finished the shading of the elders in the clouds I decided to keep it a little lighter and a soft shading only in the rest of the drawing too.

Inktober 2017 - Day 23 - Juicy And I swear this makes sense, so let me get to explaining! Nothing actually came to my mind when trying to have ideas for this day, it was the hardest one up to now, until I remembered a term from my game design classes. In game design, there’s a thing called juicyness, which is basically all the visual and sound feedback you should have in a game for actions, so the player knows something is happening. This is something you have to make specially noticeable on mobile games, so I was like: Why not drawing something from a mobile game I like? And then I thought of KHUx My character in the JP server has been looking like that for a pretty long time, because I love this outfit too much, and I’ve always wanted to draw Chirithy because it’s too freaking cute.
