Nothing makes us happier than a review that actually describes what we're trying to do on every visit.
A customer named Zachery left this after his chimney inspection with technician Mike:
"An absolutely fantastic first impression. Mike explained every aspect of the inspection in great detail. It was thorough, friendly, and well priced… with a solid plan going forward."
That's the whole job in one sentence, really — not just finding what's wrong, but explaining it clearly, pricing it fairly, and leaving with an actual plan instead of a vague list of problems.
Most chimneys benefit from a yearly inspection, ideally before heavy fireplace use kicks in for the colder months.
