6.01.20  The rock outcropping mostly obscured by leaves is the top of Chimney Rock, a free-standing sandstone spire, rising 200 Ft. above Penn’s Creek and the valley below. Before beginning the hike, I made my husband *swear* he’d not jump out onto the top of the rock, as he’s done in the past...!
