Ingredients: 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup salsa. 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine black beans, salsa, chipotle peppers, cumin, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in chopped cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
