do the people making conspiracy theories about the chips program supposedly trying to awaken psionic powers and whatnot in kids know about dylan klebold. can someone tell them about dylan klebold. i think they could create something strange and beautiful if given the information that a guy responsible for a no good very bad massacre was part of the chips program. i would like to. see what they would say about klebold
