Chloe, upon hearing the news, wasn’t nearly as calm as Fiona. The young girl ran as fast as she could to get away. She figured if you ran fast enough, everything would just fade away. But despite her best efforts, she made it only to the Demeter cabin’s garden before she collapsed against an oak tree. She claws at it like it’s her last chance; like Silena will come back. But her dear sister doesn’t return, and soon Chloe Wheeler is just a mess of a girl, crying until sundown.
