Working it out when kids are around 😅🤣 My youngest is also trying to do the exercises! 😂 I am actually on my Day 2 of the #2weeksabschallenge #chloetingchallenge. My 30 DAY body transformation, yes I said it, I have been working out for 30 days now, changed my Diet too coz I heard exercise is 20 % and 80 % is what you eat. So things I have managed to cut out completely 1. Sugar 2. Milk 3.Wheat{cheated twice though} 4.Bad Carbs {changed my white over processed ugali with ugali wa kusiaga meaning whole maize grinding at my local posho mill, Brown rice} My results : 1:Wait for my Monday video {weigh myself on scale though I am scared about it, also measuring my waist with tape measure ment} {I am happy though am not concentrating on weighing or measuring I am just happy with the process & how It's making me feel mentally} 2:The last time I measured myself was on Day 21 & I had lost 5 inches on my waist {for more in depth how much I lost watch my video on YouTube} 3: Mentally I feel so good like literally this is my lifestyle now, eating healthy & exercising will be part and parcel of me PLUS my cheat meal OFCOURSE 😜🙈 N. B Can't wait for the workout tomorrow I literally love them ❤️ Thanks to my personal trainer Edward +254724916081 for pushing me & making the workouts fun & @cute_andreah for encouraging & even joining me on the workouts & being my workout buddy So happy for how am feeling inside & outside.
