Day 28 of the 2021 Chloe Ting 28 Day Flat stomach challenge today. May 3 2021
I made it again this is now my 3rd time completely though this workout routine!!
Day 28 is hard Chloe Ting is killing me the first video is a 25 minute 4 set full body burn! This video u go straight through!
Then on top of that u still have an abs workout and a lower abs workout. Omg too much I am reasonably fit and it's a lot for me!
I maybe going on a few months break due to some surgery I am having and I will need recovery time. I find out this afternoon if the surgery is going to happen tommorow of not. It may get cancelled due to covid19 I have to wait and see if it does get cancelled I will restart my workout on day 1 again after a couple days of rest.
