Chlora Plots? 0:

Chlora is... another tough, and picky, customer to get to know. She’s very closed off, and tends to not like people. The fact she even has quadrants is a surprise to me, but people’s trolls were specific enough in how they dealt with her that it just happened.

Outside of her rather closed off garden, she’s easily found wandering the nearby town (it’s still a 2 hour walk from her home) or managing her herb and potion shop in said town. I can’t guarantee just approaching her out of the blue will lead to anything though, she doesn’t trust easily.

She doesn’t tend to get along with very touchy people. She’s still uncomfortable with being touched randomly unless you’re a specific few people. Being especially loud doesn’t go well either. You have to take things slowly and let her warm up to you, and don’t take her distance personally. She’s like that with everyone, it’s how she was brought up.

Chlora’s doll collection is immense. She makes one for each troll she meets and has a significant conversation with. Of course, these dolls have another purpose, but for the most part they’re decorations.

Plajus, despite his line of work and general appearance, is actually a very clean person. Her bathes daily, and other than his lab coat is always wearing a clean set of clothes.

I REALLY REALLY  like cranberry juice. If I had to choose something to drink for the rest of my life, it’d be cranberry juice.

♦️ ♥️ For Weilva and Chlora

Oh boy. Weilva is... pure and simply a bunch of question marks?

To be straight up, I don’t know that she even has an interest in a romantic relationship. Somewhere, deep down amid all the muck, I’m sure there’s the girl longing to return to a normal life and just Be Her. But I’ve never seen her get attached to anyone yet. I don’t know what she would look for, or even if she wants a relationship. Heck I don’t even know what her orientations are. HOWEVER, it would probably be easier to become a sort of moirail with her, than a matesprit. Shared similar experience will draw her to people, she more or less seeks out those affected by Elder Things because she wants to see what has reached out to them. I... am never sure how any interaction with her will go, I can’t even offer you any guidance. Just luck in your attempts to win her over. At least she’s almost always friendly!

Chlora on the other hand, is much easier to understand.

Her pale quad is taken, but she generally looks for someone on the softer hearted side. She’s a bitter, wounded, person and is drawn to those gentle personalities and gentle people, who will let her open up and a pace comfortable for herself. Bonus easy way in is if you have an interest in flowers in any way. She likes flower people. 

In her Matesprit, she looks for similar qualities. But, there’s an extra... level to the ‘slowly opening up’. With her slowly growing out of an intense aversion to touch, a matesprit would likely have to be able to deal with her inevitable rejection of intensely intimate contact. She’s not just going to be hesitant, she’s going to push back, ask to stop, get scared because this is a very sore topic for her. She’s trying, she wants to get over her trauma, but it’s slow. Patience with her, as well as being a gentle soul, will get you there. Don’t rush into the relationship, though. Be her friend. And if she’s interested, she’ll approach you about it in subtle ways. Girl gets hit with feelings hard sometimes and might be more upfront. She’s... really complicated.

💌 for Chlora!

Chlora does keep a couple journals! We have:

Gathering Log Book: She fills this one in every time she goes out to find new plants. She’ll record new finds, as well as the area she was in, how dangerous it seemed, and any people she might have met nearby. 

Curse Catalog/Blessing Binder: These paired journals are to keep track of all the curses, hexes, and blessings she’s put on people. It helps her know who she’s fucking with, or helping, and how long it will be before the effect expires (If it will on its own). Keeping track of these things is important.

Doll Dossier: She has a big shelf full of journals that help remind her who all the different dolls she’s made of people belong to, as well as information relating to that person.

Big Book of Recipes: This one holds all the various concoctions she’s come up with since she started messing with her chemistry. It’s HUGE.

And then she has several personal journals she writes about the various people who have stayed in her life. Quads, close friends, that sort of thing.

Hitting for some plotted quads, but you’ll get your details~

With Nanayu in Red the big thing you’re going to have to deal with is secrecy. Under contract she cannot publicly be in a quadrant with anyone, as idols are required to be appear ‘available’ for their fans. That said, if you were shooting to try and win her over, you have to be fun for her. Dates should be something enjoyable, approach them with a plan at first. But to even get to that point, you’re going to have to figure out how to talk to her without looking like a stalker or overeager fan. She’s not overly concerned about personality types, she just wants someone she can have fun with, but who will also let her be lazy when she’s tired. This WILL be a long distance relationship. AND you’re competing with someone.

Chlora is one of the most difficult people to get into a quad with, but weirdly enough I think Pitch is easily the... easiest? She finds people annoying very easily. The problem is, it’s hard to say what specifically will annoy her. So far, just generally being a bother seems to be working for someone, but if you’re too In Your Face about it, she might wind up just hating you outright and trying to curse you to death. She tends to be attracted more to ladies, but over all what she’s going to be drawn to could entirely be a whim. She’s gotten sudden crushes on all kinds of people, so if you’re interested its best to just try. Either its going to work, fail miserably, or you just happen to get a friend out of it.

Fraeri, I’m afraid, is aromantic. She can manage to fake the feelings for the other two quadrants, but you’ll find she hasn’t figured out how to pretend to be someone’s moirail. I have no advice for you for trying to earn her pale quad, or what she might be attracted to. Any attempt I can guarantee a 99% chance of failure.

🌟🌟 🧻 💣 chlora

- Chlora’s actually really good at baking unique flavoured pastries! All of her experience with potion making has made her really great at it. Plus she has oh so many natural ingredients to use.

- She’s amazing at remembering physical details about an individual. It’s to the point that when she’s making her hex doll of them she’ll be able to sew the outfit she saw them wearing perfectly.

- Chlora can’t sing. Not that she physically can’t, her voice is just NOT suited to it.

- Chlora is actually super self aware of what she is and isn’t good at, so this is hard. I suppose she would like to say she’s good about assessing danger, but she’s... kind of not. Since she almost decided to go with fae once...

fun fact for Dove and Chlora!

- Dovnim lost her legs and got her prosthetics after one of her contracts turned out to be a trap. Her target had been warned about her arrival and set a trap for her that wound up damaging them beyond repair from most of her thigh down. She was lucky enough to be saved by her partner at the time.

- Chlora’s a huge sucker for hand holding. If she starts asking to hold hands with you, you are A) a trusted friend, which is huge and B) going to see this girl look nervous, excited, embarrassed and comforted all at once or different times.

fun fact for Chlora!

Chlora doesn’t really seem like the gaming type, because she isn’t. BUT that girl loves Visual Novels and RPGs. They were basically her only social interactions for quite some time, as she refused to leave beyond her garden for quite a while when she was younger.
