I keep seeing articles talking about how dangerous choking is which it's necessary to be informed about so whatever. What I keep getting frustrated at is this weird insistence I keep seeing that "if women truly knew and understood the risks they would never consent to it" it's such a stupid take, I'm not sorry it is. Grown adults who understand the risk of something can still choose to do it. Full stop. Women can know the risk of something and choose to do it anyway and they aren't being tricked or don't know better, they are adults making an informed decision for their own personal reasons like anyone else.
