Ingredients: 1 cup vegan butter. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup non-dairy milk. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add non-dairy milk and vanilla extract, mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Fold in vegan chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
