Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 4 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup powdered sugar for coating.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until generously coated.
